Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

🚫 Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
For health, safety, and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Any product that shows signs of use, mounting, or damage not covered under warranty.
Digital software downloads or registration codes that have been activated.
Gift cards.
Consumable items if opened (e.g., film, cleaning solutions).
Simple Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Returns Due to Desmosy Error (Damaged or Defective Items): Desmosy Global will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs in this case.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can quickly resolve the issue. We will:
